i have been so good about what i've been eating, i'm think indulging over the weekend irritated it...my own damn fault but hey, it's not a holiday without good food to overeat...well i'm paying for it!

messing around with a new layout, even though i've been here a while i'm pretty much a virgin to some of this stuff. the old one was well, old, and it was too stretched out for my screen..anyways, i'm still having issues with the cursor skipping around so i probably won't type for long...

tonight was our monthly book club, ok i must need to register something...the cursor keeps skipping back on its merrily way... white wine/spinach caserole/broccoli bread (never heard of such)
