Had LAX practice tonight...was fun! We're 5 girls now!! Yeah! ;) Go us.... I mean, that's quite a few considering that I started out alone...

My weekend was fabulous!!!! I was some kind of 'group leader' at an AFS camp, AFS is the organization I came to the US with. So we 'prepared' the new kids (ages 15 and 16) to go abroad for a year (US, latin America, China, Czech Republic etc.)....We had sooooo much fun! I just got back from being snowboarding!! It was awesome. The weather was just perfect (maybe 30°F, sun, no clouds) and it worked out pretty well. It was my first time snowboarding this year and last year I went only once (in the north of Michigan!)... so I'm pretty amazed how well it worked out ( Read more... )

So our assistant principal - who's responsible for the schedules etc. - 'just noticed' that I don't have enough science classes. Like our school system is completely different to the one in the US, so it's hard to explain. But it just sucks a lot ( Read more... )
