So, I'm back on live journal on a semi-regular basis again (for the first time in FOREVER) and I totally cant figure out how to add friends. Am I dumb? Do I deserve to be shot? I've done it before and know it's possible....

Apparently, being fluent at LJ is NOT like riding a bicycle.
