I have a new job!! I love it - or I will, if I make it through the 5 week 8-5 training hours (BLEARGH!). I don't do mornings. Yeah I know... I WANT to file Chapter 7, but in the meantime, Capital One is suing me for about $11,000 - so if I don't come up with something soon, my paychecks will be garnished. I don't qualify for a consolidation loan, so what do I do? I hate this to death. I know it's my bad, but honsetly, at the time I accrued the debt I was depressed and more or less planning on offing myself - now, I AM able to make monthly payments, but since they're written off the balances are due in full. Every Debt Consolidation person I've talked to has been like, "Well, sucks to be you!" Ah well.... I'll figure something out!!!
