i think the article is a sign that goldlined success should save the music industry, reap the benefits of saving it, then destroying it by releasing the greatest album of all time in the history of the universe.
aparently if we put up wind farms in every place in texas that is not within 150 miles of a "populated" place, not in any migratory bird areas, and not being used for anything that they would bother, it would theoretically generate 4 times the amount of energy that the state needs.
but i guess that's also a lot of capital to put that shit up. well... we have 15 new coal plants projected for texas, each costing billions of dollars (and they are not using gasification/ "clean coal" technology)
also i would find some sort of link for this, but this computer is at my parents house and is way too slow to try to do anything without doing too much effort
