Awwww! I'm on a huge happy Dan/Jones kick at the moment and you just pushed all my buttons!

No chance of a sequel here? *Slides envelope across table*

Investing in a pyramid scheme for moon tourism.

This made me laugh. Oh Dan.

Lovely story. It leaves them open to many fun, foolish, and possibly expensive adventures. This was wonderful:

“Mmm-hmm.” Jones sat up. “I just … wanted to give you something you’d really value, Dan.” He ruffled up his hair, looking abashed.

Dan sighed. “What if I find value in nothing?”

Jones crinkled his brow, and then smiled. “Then I’ll give you nothing.”

I was just reading a story (Umineko actually) recently in which this very rich guy was a total sucker for scam artists and he invested in some moon tourism scheme. His wife was like D: So that's where that came from. XD

Hm, I will have to think about what adventures they might go on! Lordy, could Dan stand being pampered? It's hard to tell with. It seems like he wants other people to take care of him because he can't handle it, but at the same time he also seems really prideful ...

Jones wants something money can't buy, too, but he hasn't yet realized that isn't going to work. :P Ah, I can't blame him. Money seems to be the root of so many of Dan's problems. But only "seems" probably. (The root of Dan's problems is probably actually Dan himself.)

Thanks for commenting! <3

Awww. I think you are right, this is true. I can't really think of many people who believe in Dan. (Well, obviously, Nathan believes in Dan, but it's like a Dan that doesn't actually exist, not the real one.)

That is such a Jones thing to do. =) He would share it, wouldn't he!
