I love reading about all the intricacies of Victorian mourning. It's so fascinating. And I love all the ensembles with veils.

There is nothing that is not amazingly fascinating about this. The price lists for the same dress in different materials, the styles named after women (because the practice hasn't changed, but naming trends have)! I also find everything about the text on the last page inexplicably charming.
