I haven't done any actual looking up on this and just how "deep" it goes and all, but figured I'd just give a boost/heads up anyways.

I doubt any petitioning and all will actually work on something like this, though?

I have heard the suggestion of turning to go to use your Local ISP (if you can afford it/have one) instead of those that are more popular/well known - since those are likely the ones that are doing it.

I'm noting right now, I didn't look at the YouTube video, I just saw something similar to this on Plurk the other day.

So why am I boosting this? Because the general knowledge of what it is, and yeah. So, again, this is my "disclaimer" of not knowing all the facts and being aware of it. I need to look up on it as it is.

I'm also pretty sure that they will be looking at those that download files 300MB+ (average size of an episode of something) and torrents. So if you've got a mass bulk of downloads, then just keep an eye out.
