I am so not going to say you are being too hard. I think you are doing exactly what has to happen. Don't forget I am here if you need someone to talk to. That is, however, if I am at home and not at work and you also have Christa.

Hang in there at work. Once the newbies get into the rythme, they stress will get lower and lower. Its just that you have to cover for 2 poeple instead of just 1. It sucks when more then one person quits at the same time. They don't care what happens when they leave.
