So . . . I haven't blogged in a while; just haven't been in the mood. There really isn't much news to share anyway. The main thing in life is that I got my first temping gig last week. It takes a lot out of me even though I basically am being paid to sit around. But considering I haven't worked full time in 3 years, it's a lot to get used to. I'm

so are you in England permanently now? finished with grad school?

I'm not here permanently yet, but I'll be applying for a more permanent visa in July. Yep, I'm finished with grad school. What I didn't share with most people is that I had to resubmit my dissertation. I haven't gotten my new results yet, but either way I will have a piece of paper in July. If I pass I will have my Masters; if I fail I will get a diploma.
