These patterns are for Licca dolls, who are basically flatchested, esp. in comparison to Pullips, so if that's what you want the pattern for, remember to adjust the bust to fit when you resize the pattern

Here's another simple dress for you. I rather like the black one, but that bow on the back is a bit much. *snerk* ...I left that part out. Let me know if you want the pattern for the butt-bows, too. (Why yes, I do find many of the examples deeply hilarious.) *grin*
Here's a basic long dress pattern, with several variations. It makes an excellent base for designing your own dresses, and should work with a variety of fabrics. It came from the book "Jenny No. 11 Dresses from 100 yen goods" (or something like that, anyway.) It's in the Heartwarming Life Series. (ISBN4-529-03531-x)
I'd suggest printing out both sets of instructions (enlarge the illustrations if you need to, no need to strain your eyes, lol), and then have them side-by-side. :)
