I was just telling Sharyn about your pillows a couple of days ago, but that you didn't have any in your shop. Now you do! I will tell her! She just got new furniture & it needs some accents that will survive her son. ;)
This is random, but I recently had a similar problem with PayPal (old card, old phone number so they couldn't verify my account the normal way, old address which made it worse). I got someone really nice via their customer service phone number, and she unlocked the whole shebang and fixed it up in about three minutes flat. You might have already tried that, and I might have just gotten lucky with someone helpful, but if you haven't called, it's worth a shot!
