ohhhhh one random tip: its better if you phrase things as positives in your brain - for example, instead of "i am not hungry" tell yourself "i am full" because 'hungry' is the world emphasized in the first part (even though there is a 'not' before it) and 'full' is the one emphasized in the second sentence
instead of "I dont need anyone" tell yourself "I can rely on myself"
does this make sense? basically your brain ignores the "dont", "not", etc so phrase things in a positive way
