That's not bad at all. Really, it's most likely under your 500 cal goal. Veggies are less than 100, and if the meat is lean, it shouldn't be like 400 cals. You did good, trust me, if this was my day, I'd say it wasn't bad at all. Think of what 'normal' people eat. 2200 cals. You're doing great!

I know it wasn't that bad, but I didn't have to take 2 pieces.
