so.. my boss has been flirting with me a lot lately, and it never really bothered me before because everyone around me flirts jokingly and i'm kind of used to guys making lude comments... but recently its been making me really uncomfortable. he asks me stuff like if he gives me a raise, will i let him rape me out back, and i just kinda laugh it off

even if he's kidding, that can be considered harrassment. talk to someone about it. don't let it keep happening.

If someone else has witnessed this besides you and your boss, tell higher authorities. It will no longer be his word against yours, and you are more likely to be heard. What your boss is doing is NOT right and his ass should be fired.
