And the saddest part is that...one day you're gonna wake up and you're gonna realize what you missed and it's gonna be too late...

I've removed a couple of people for reasons a) and b) myself. The cut thing is a peeve of mine too, though that's probably glaringly obvious from some of my rants. Some people have journals consisting of nothing but uncut online tests, not exactly interesting reading yet they wonder why they get removed and whinge about it. I'm not one for point c) though, I prefer people not commenting at all to those who make inane comments which say nothing, just to make their presence felt.

If people don't comment at least once or twice, I feel like they're not really reading my journal and then I think what's the point if they're not interested?
