Want to back up your phone data?

I've gotten in the habit of doing this once a month.  It's really simple.  You just download BitPim and get a Bluetooth adapter for your PC.  You can connect wirelessly to the phone and save every bit of data from it.  I just did it, and my phone wasn't even in the same room

My iPhone does this every time I plug it in. And MobileMe does it in the meantime. Apple rawks!

So Apple and MobileMe have copies of all your call records, text messages, and calender dates?

Verizon has a service that will back up my phone for me, but I prefer my way. More privacy is good.
