Do you ever stop and wonder what it is that makes you think. Like think about thinking. I always used to wonder, when I was little, if animals thought. And if they did, what were they thinking about. Humans may be the only ones who are conscious of the fact that they are thinking, that are self-aware. "Thinking" is the activity of neurons in the brain, electrical impulses, hormones, blah blah. I'm depressingly biological even for my tastes: if I think about it too much, I risk getting myself into a funk. :P
One doesn't necessarily think in a language: how many times have you tried to find words to express something, but couldn't? You "knew" what it was you wanted to say, but couldn't articulate. It follows, then, that I don't think people who speak different langauges have a "different view on the world". Or not because of the language thing, anyway -- environment has more to do with it.
