Second draft of Yulefic #2 is DONE!

And second draft of Yulefic #1 is off to beta. (I wound up lucky enough to have MULTIPLE betas on this besides my usual.) Searching out a beta for #2, no dice so far. Treats may wind up being a thing, I have a bunch of letters bookmarked. Even though I have WiPs to work on, there's no way I'll be able to focus on one of my Babies while the YT fics

Thanks, and yeah, my plate is a little less full than those in academia in this pre-holiday season :P It makes it easy to do things like take on a pinch-hit and get both done in one month. Still, there's 7 days left (at least on my clock) so it's no rush... yet... am I being encouraging at all? XD

This is my first YT, so maybe I'm just trying too hard to impress, ha.

Pfft, well, this is my first time as well, and I'm obviously not as dedicated as I'd like to think. XD Seven days will probably be enough as long as I get it out of my head that it doesn't need to the most amazing thing every written though.

At least I remember why I don't usually write fic for fandoms that aren't "mine". .__.

YT is superhard that way, but I think next year we'll both be a little less BEARS about it all. >_> For me I definitely improved writingwise by being forced to leave my main fandoms, even if it made me panic a lot.

For one, not being able to write the Doctor getting everyone out of a situation was troublesome. :P

Thanks! Treats are my new favorite thing compared to the stress that is YT fics. No minimum? Different deadline? And then there's NYR. Yuletide is making this the most stressfully wonderful time of the year for me. :D
