"Oh, my," I said. I recognized the staff weapon and was wary, but not overly. He was hurt, after all. And, I thought, the zats didn't work here well so I figured the staff weapon might not be as deadly.

"Where..." Jonas asked quickly and eagerly, half sitting up, and then gritted his teeth against the pain in his side as sitting up pulled the wound, "Where am I? Where is SG-1?" The Jaffa and the Amabassdors Jonas really couldn't care less about at the moment.

"You're safe," I told him. "I think you need medical care before you talk to SG-1...wait, how do you know SG-1? Well, of course you do, but I don't know you and I know everything."
Except for everything in all the mission files because, really, only Mitchell would be crazy enough to read all of those.

"I know SG-1 because I am SG-1." Or, at least for the moment anyway. "Where is Major Carter and Colonel O'Neill? Teal'C or Dr. Jackson?" She may have said he was safe but if SG-1 was here, he wasn't going anywhere without talking to one of them. Normally, he was a bit more trusting but the last day or so had been a strain on even Jonas' optimism. "Please, I need to speak to them first."
