When I made my sandwich this morning, it didn't seem like much: two thick slices of home-made wholemeal bread, some cold chicken from yesterday, some sliced tomatoes and mushrooms and a good handful of sprouted mung beans. But when I got it out of my lunchbox, I thought "My god, what is this? A sandwich, or a haystack between two bits of bread
