I've added you. Thanks for the feedback. I've kept a log for over four years now. I just wish I had started one sooner ;) But it does go to show just how compulsive I have been about my weight for so long.

Yeah me too, i've been logging my weight for as long as i can remember, it really helps me to meet targets if i can see it in front of me, but yours looks so much better than mine. Thanks for adding me. If eva you wanna chat goals or joint fast for support, i'd be happy to do it with you xxx

Hey what time are you getting into ABQ? I can pick you up if you need, or if you want to get together Fri I would be EXTEMELY HAPPY to leave work early...

I get in at like 9:00 or so in the morning. I'll be renting a car, so I'll ski Friday day. Let's get together Friday night though.
