i bought lipodrene w/ephedra because i suck and feel sick from eating but can't stop or i'll fast for two days and binge, then fast and then binge. i hate this stupid freaking cycle and i want pills pills pills to break it. i hope this works.

try to drink a lot of hot liquid throughout the day, like green tea, coffee, or even just warm water with lemon juice in it. It will make you feel full. That's what I do at least. Pills just make me sick though :/
