Yummy dessert

Grind 20 g almonds in a food mill.
Add half of a package of MORI-NU firm silken tofu into the blender, add ground almonds, blend until smooth.
Sit in fridge to set-up a bit.

Top with fruit: I used 100 g warmed frozen mango.

284 kcal
22% protein, 32% carb, 46% fat

This if very similar to the hazelnut thing a while back.

Hi, thanks for reading my journal. I saw your comment on April's blog, and looked at your blog, too. I've been thinking about taking up knitting, but I'm really bad at it so far! How long have you been knitting, and how long did it take you to get good at it?
