Grind 20 g almonds in a food mill.
Add half of a package of MORI-NU firm silken tofu into the blender, add ground almonds, blend until smooth.
Sit in fridge to set-up a bit.
Top with fruit: I used 100 g warmed frozen mango.
284 kcal
22% protein, 32% carb, 46% fat
This if very similar to the hazelnut thing a while back.
