Alright, my little plan to fix my sleep schedule last night failed. I tried going to sleep at 1am (a reasonable time compared to the times i've been getting to bed recently), but I woke up at 3am, and couldn't go back to sleep :/ 4pm now, and I still havent slept, but I'd like to wait until around 9 or 10, to actually get to bed, hoping i'll ( Read more... )

But I hope you're able to get some regularity back into your schedule... I'm going through the same thing right now :/

Tell me about it. I've only been able to fall asleep past 6AM ever since me and my friend stayed up talking past the crack of dawn.

damn.. i had that trouble.. i used to be going to bed at like 5:30am and getting up at like 2pm and stuff.. i found going to bed whenever i was tired.. like 5am. and setting my alarm for something like 9am to get up.. and keep busy all day so i stay awake then going to bed at a decent time.. =D that helped
