Firstly - congratulations on the nomination, it's very well deserved!

Second - I can see why you might think the fic may be Spike-bashing but I don't see it that way. You've written a first person POV and managed to get the dichotomy of emotions pretty much nailed. Yes there's a simmering of hatred for Spike and what he is but there's also the sympathy and understanding as well. Both of which, and the conflict between them, are perfectly in character.

I think you did a fantastic job with this one, and good luck with the votes!
