I am in heaven. I've made chocolate at home. No, not from baker's chocolate that is melted and then moulded into a new confection but from raw cacao beans. Process is simple: grind the beans, add an equal part confectioner's sugar, vanilla extract to taste and a little water to make a paste. If you've got a juicer, even better, running the beans
