Thanks. I love it, too.

I've seen and experience first-hand, on an incredibly smaller scale, just how hard it is to change a culture. Any culture. Yet I've also witnessed such change repeatedly in my lifetime, and sometimes (like this one) that change has been for the good. I look forward to reading whatever you write about it that you decide to share.

I am another who will be interested in reading what you have to share, Grant. I absolutely agree about the dangers of racial venom. While I see much more tolerance amongst the kids I work with these days, there still exist small, intolerant subgroups. They can be quite scary in their intensity.
