I ran my Workman's Challenge yesterday with my job and a billion other companies around Jone's Beach yesterday.  I had a fucking blast.  I stretched minimally for about 5 mins and I was basically all set to walk the run with Brad and his wife...

A year ago today, I was on my cruise on my way down to Puerto Rico with Matt.  Where did 2007 go honestly?  Ha, I remember it so well last summer all I did was count down the days to this trip from September, 10 months before we initially like, embarked ha.

I am so happy that I have friends that have stayed by me the past few months.  I'm at work now working a 12 hour day so I can leave early tomorrow to go see the last and ultimately final friends and family VM show that I probably will never see again.
