At this time, it has been determined that Vaizard are now eligible to rejoin any Division of their choosing in an unseated position, with Captain approval. Pending more time and deliberation, seated positions may be open to Vaizard at a later date.

Efforts will continue to see to it that eligibility will open for seated positions. I'm not giving up yet.

I actually asked Muguruma-san if he was interested in joining Fifth last week. He accepted my offer shortly after you made this announcement. Glad to hear we'll be permitted to give them this, at least.

That's wonderful to hear, I'm glad to see he's already moving on. Surprising, that he wouldn't join the Ninth, but he has his reasons.

Mm, I imagine it'd be weird to take orders from someone else sitting in the position you once held. Prolly a bunch'a the guys still in that division worked under him long time ago... I mean I'd feel pretty awkward if I suddenly got demoted and had'a take orders from some new lieutenant of Sixth, you know?

Understood, no pressure involved. This was mostly intended for the benefit of those returning. The offer does stand to work with you should you decide to join us in an official capacity as we discussed some weeks earlier, however.
