A Captains' Meeting will be held this coming Monday evening. As this is unscheduled, attendance is not mandatory, but I would like to request that everyone that can make time do so. The subject of this meeting will be the recent attacks on the Vaizard, the recent oddities with zanpakutou, and any other matters anyone wishes to bring forward.

I would like to speak with you four about a mission, should you be interested. As you are all aware, the Arrancar Nel has been active on the kounisshimou. I have been interested in speaking with this young lady ever since I heard the initial report of her, but now it seems paramount that something be done concerning her. Thanks to the efforts of Urahara Kisuke, this may be a reality: I believe I will be able to insert a small group of people into Hueco Mundo and allow you to go about undetected.
The purpose of this mission, aside from bringing Nel along back with you should she be amenable, is to scout out and observe anything you can. The four of you have been there before, but were in a hurry and with one goal in mind; this time, a more calculated, quiet approach would be necessary. We will speak of the details in person, any of you that are willing to go. You may also be joined by select others in this mission, to be determined at a later time. Please let me know if you are willing to be a part of this.

It is time we struck back.
To many of you that can see this message, what I have to say will be new to you. For the last several months, Komamura-taichou and I have been seeing about recruiting like-minded individuals in an effort to begin our own campaign of reprisal against Aizen and his underlings. We've had to hold our efforts due to the upheavals recently, but now it is time to begin anew. It will take time, but with this we will set foot on the path to freedom once more.
I am extending an official invitation to you, Kotetsu-fukutaichou, Shuuhei-taichou, Hitsugaya-taichou, Muguruma-san, and Sado-kun, to be a part of this. I have begun with you five because I know not only that you have no love for Aizen, as I trust so many others, but I believe you will fight back with all your hearts when the time has arrived. Others must be brought into the fold as well, and I would enjoy hearing your suggestions.
Due to the extremely sensitive nature of this subject, I ask that you exercise utmost caution in speaking or writing of it. Any wandering eyes can lead to accidental leaks, and I need not mention how dire the consequences would be if the enemy learns of organized resistance.
