After taking time to fully plan this undertaking out, I am coming to you now with what we know and what I'd like done concerning the infiltration of Hueco Mundo.
At first, I'd planned this to be a simple scouting mission with the freedom of Nel-san as a possible added benefit, but recent changes to our situation have led to a change. This mission is now one of the utmost importance and must be done both quickly and flawlessly: failure will have very dire results.
Your mission now, if you are willing to accept it, is the following:
Primary Objective: Retrieve Inoue Orihime from Las Noches. Inoue-san's liberation from Las Noches is imperative, as the situation between the two realms may become hostile quite soon. Though claimed to be of no further use, Inoue could be used as a hostage against us, or a new application of her abilities may be found.
Secondary Objective: Retrieve the zanpakutou currently in use by Inoue Orihime, and any other zanpakutou that can be located in Hueco Mundo. We have reason to believe that Ichimaru and Aizen are using stolen zanpakutou for unknown purposes.
Tertiary Objective: Retrieve Nel. Locating her may be difficult, and whether she wants to leave Hueco Mundo or not is something I cannot say for sure, but if possible I would see her removed from there. If she is amenable to escape, arrangements for her safety have been prepared.
I cannot stress enough how important stealth is for this mission. Should you be discovered, your lives and perhaps many more in Soul Society are in grave jeopardy. Thankfully, we have aid in this endeavor: Urahara Kisuke has provided me with spiritual presence-blocking trinkets that can render one undetectable from even a short range. I have six of these bracelets; unfortunately, Kurosaki-kun, you will need to wear two. This leaves us with one extra: either someone else can be taken along with you four, perhaps another warrior you trust or a special operative of the Second Division, or you may take the extra along with you to mask one of your targets for liberation. I leave this decision for you all to decide upon.
The tentative date for this mission has been set for this a week from Saturday. Any further delay could prove to be disastrous. This is strictly voluntary, and I will neither order nor ask any of you participate, I merely offer the chance.
Any preparations you need to make should be done ahead of time, and please let me know if there is any aid you require.
