[1: Voice Post] The truth was within the words of that man.

[It seems to take awhile for the feed to settle as it's static finally dies down. It's all too apparent this speaker is not used to such means of communication]I am the one called Aragorn; I've spent the last two days searching this place for any way home. I fear, Souji you are correct in all that you have told me ( Read more... )

Kinda pushy for someone so new...

I am not trying to be pushy; we hardly live in a peaceful place with the fae. I am simply wanting to make sure the citizens here are secure from attack at every turn.

Well, whether you're tryin' or not, you're still pushy. [You can hear the huff in this kids voice.] So... Who put you in charge?

[He keeps the impatience from his tone. Remaining calm despite the apparent huff]

I am not claiming to be in charge. You are obviously young and misunderstanding that I have nothing but good intentions.

Oh! Hello! [A rather cheerful and slightly androgynous voice pipes up over the feed. The speaker sounds eccentric, to read personality from tone] I say, are you the ONLY one called Aragorn?

I'm the one called Professor Treacle! I think I'm the only one.

[A slight pause, this one is just a little odd. Perhaps a little mad or daft he believes. Though his tone is amused when he speaks]

I am the only Aragorn I've ever heard tell of. You would be the only Professor Treacle or professor of any sort I've ever heard of. It's safe to assume we are the only ones.

I feel special indeed. I like you already only Aragorn! Tell me, is there anything you require? This old man has been feeling pretty useless of late.

This would depend, what skills do you have? Everyone is able to help in times like these.

Where do you hail from, Sir Aragon? It appears you are already acquainted with this place and how it works so I will save the explanations.

I am Thanatos, and it is my honour to meet you.

Just Aragorn is fine, I hail from Middle Earth and yourself? I've met one who gave me a fair explanation, thank you.

Well met Thanatos.

I am of a place called Mnemosynis, it is a large library of sorts.

Indeed, well met. I can already see that you will be a great asset to us here in our battle against these fae.

It sounds as if it's an interesting place. Middle Earth does not vary much from here. In some aspects.

I will do all I can till we are able to defeat them and find our way back to the worlds we left behind.

Not that I'm green enough to think fair folk ain't a threat, but I'd tighten that lip when it comes to calling them enemies. Their nature ain't ours, mind, but they ain't evil for it. Just...

[She grunts, unable to find the right word.]

Just wild.

[voice] thirtyninthheir August 6 2010, 04:46:45 UTC
You are incorrect in your assumption of them only being wild. There have been those who have attacked with the intent to kill as well as the means. They are an enemy we must fortify against in order to ensure that none of the people here end up within that graveyard.

Wild ain't all fluffy bunnies and twittering song birds, eh? Aye, they're like to get us killed for sport, didn't say otherwise, but that's their nature, the wild. Can fortify all you want, but it don't make them any more sinister than an angry bear.

Ain't like to be straightforward about it neither.

If you are at danger from strong, packs of wild bear do you not prepare for the fight to come? Survival till we can return to our homes is key here.

There is a graveyard near my dwelling that I've no desire to place any of you in for lack of preparation.
