Hey y'all...um yeah well after seeing Rent and idolizing Jonathan Larson I decided to buy the Tick, Tick...BOOM! soundtrack and fell in love with it. Except I've never seen the show, nor do I know where it can be seen. So do any of you know if it's playing anywhere near southeastern NY?

It's a rare show anymore, but the recording is awesome. I'm jealous of Johathan Larson for makign such great music.

it seems to run sporadically. i caught a tour of it May 2003 here in Pittsburgh.

I was lucky enough to catch it off-broadway, just a few months before it stopped running over there. It does tour every once in a while though...I don't know what part of NY you're in but what I've found is that you're most likely to catch it in Philly or Connecticut (Hartford? Stamford? I don't remember). I don't think it's playing right now though...
