While I was away I discovered granola/yoghurt/fruit parfait. I'm not a big fan of cereal and this seemed like a very palatable way to eat the stuff.
Since I've been home I've perfected making one for breakfast (only I make it the night before since I want the muesli to go chewy). Yum! I am completely addicted to them and quite resentful when a shortage of ingredients (all my own fault) means I have to start my day with toast.
There are two yoghurts in there; muesli and fruit mixed into the bottom yoghurt and then layers of fruit, yoghurt, muesli, yoghurt and a fruit topping.
