Crackily unfinished and nearly forgotten about, I post this here so I don't. Apparently I did write Ohkura before the Ohkura/Ryo but well. This really IS my first attempt XD And it was don't on a whim in IM with
procreational who demanded Ohkura/Ueda and also Jun/Ueda. Which I might include my 5 sentence attmept. She still owes me OHKURA/TEGO/SHIGE/RYOOOO, which she started.
This is what our IMs yield Ohkura crouched on the ground, balloons all around him, hand reaching out as if to grab something someone was handing him but no one was there. They'd all gone. And Ohkura was still sitting on the brightly colored set with a few streamers on his shoulders. No one could get his attention and the rest of the guys knew he'd eventually wander down to the ramen shop they frequented once his tummy growled loud enough. Ueda sat at the doorway, leaning on the frame as he stared at Ohkura, waiting for him to move.
He didn't. Finally Ueda sighed, feet moving soundlessly until he got to the balloons. They bounced around making light noises until one landed too near a chair and popped, effectively startling Ohkura out of his daze and surprising Ueda also. Ohkura bounced up.
"Where's everyone?" he asked, looking around. Ueda strolled up to a chair.
"Beats me," he said. "I figured you would know that kind of thing. You guys are pretty close, ne?"
Ohkura blinked and stared at Ueda for a few seconds longer than necessary and his mouth broke into one of those nearly infuriating smiles that made you wonder what he was thinking and why he looked so amused. Ueda almost wanted to kick him because he still wasn't saying anything. He opened his mouth to ask if possibly Ohkura had heard him or if his brain just hadn't gotten the message yet when Ohkura answered.
"We are. They're probably at the ramen shop down the block." He checked his mobile for the time. "Are you hungry? I feel like having yakitori. Do you want yakitori? We should get some."
Ueda watched as Ohkura walked through the balloons and streamers to leave. He looked back at Ueda when he got to the door and didn't hear anyone moving behind him.
"Come on, Ueda-kun. I heard your stomach. My treat."
"I ... that was YOUR stomach! And I don't need you to pay."
Ohkura shrugged. "Suit yourself. I invited so I figured I'd offer but that's cool." He waited for Ueda, watching closely as Ueda walked gingerly around the mess on the ground. When Ueda was standing next to him, he suddenly found himself backed up against the wall.
"What..." he started and Ohkura leaned in close, studying Ueda's face with a trace of a smile. "...what are you doing?" Ueda could feel his heart start to beat rapidly as he felt Ohkura's finger gently push a strip of hair out of his eyes.
"Ohkura-kun, I..."
"You're kinda pretty, Ueda-kun," he said in a low voice, that curious smile still on his face.
Ueda could feel his face turn red and he wanted to push Ohkura away, wanted to tell him to stop being an ass, wanted to walk down the hall to his own dressing room, but he couldn't move when he brought his gaze up from Ohkura's mouth and met his eyes. The protests died on his lips and he stupidly felt like he couldn't breathe for a moment.
And then Ohkura kissed him. Ueda sputtered, or rather he wanted to, but he didn't because Ohkura's lips were sorta soft and his mouth was warm and his tongue just barely brushed Ueda's lips and instead of spluttering, Ueda almost gasped a little in suprise as he kissed Ohkura back. Ohkura began to deepen the kiss in a languid way, Ueda's eyes fluttering shut against his better judgement. The kiss lasted a few seconds more, ending when Ohkura gently bit Ueda's lip and exhaled, just barely, pulling back and that smile was still. there. Ueda noticed this as his eyes opened and he realised his hand was clenching Ohkura's yellow t-shirt and Ohkura's hand was tangled in his hair.
He watched Ohkura's tongue drag across his bottom lip. As he pulled his hand back to himself, Ohkura grabbed it, tilting his head to the side.
"Yakitori it is, then," he said and pulled Ueda to the door.
"Wait, I... I didn't even say YES," Ueda protested.
Ohkura laughed. "Of course you did."
