Weight, Energy, Routines

I'm carrying about 20 pounds of excess weight that I'm having some serious trouble losing. It wasn't so bad before I started taking Zoloft, which causes me to retain water as well. I have a gym membership and I am watching my caloric intake, but I am not losing any weight. I have trouble getting into a routine of going to the gym regularly. I'll go ( Read more... )

for me, it's all about doing it with someone or doing it on my own.. it was successful dieting and exercising with greg.. when i try to do it on my own.. i last about three weeks with whatever i try... three weeks of treadmill, three of wii fit.. i'm on my 1st week of not eating everything...

the nutrionist at LifeTime has given me some tips I'd be willing to share with you. I have lost what I gained on vacation since i started on her program. hope to loose 20 also. it involves working out though.
