went to bed at five...now i am "awake"....thanks to my father. he's coming to go red cross shopping. i feel like i'm going to throw up my lungs....and like my eyeballs are gonna fall out. sleep on couch...sleep on couch till he comes....good idea. he said 30 to 45 minutes. good idea....
