Doesn't it seem strange? This may be a bigger problem then we're ready to face, people.

Not very possible. If there's a way out, it would be unlikely that she wouldn't alert us of it the moment she found it. Especially Simon. She'd want to take him with her, wouldn't she?

My thoughts exactly. Are they sending people home? Or perhaps to their secret hiding place where they can perform experiments and brainwash them and suck them of their memories. It gives me the heebie jeebies just thinking about it.

And if so, how do they choose who to take? What is it that River and Aeris have in common--if River is to return, at any rate.

I believe they are not the only ones who have disappeared. That Jack boy, for instance. I haven't seen a trace of him since he arrived.

Japan, how about you? Sometimes big animals where I'm from eat people. You know, like sharks. Or maybe bears. Anyway, I think it's possible. Besides, I could swear some of those things were looking at me about the same way I was looking at the candy canes.
