There is a small building occupied in all of the various districts - it used to be empty, but the presence of Icarus' new arrivals make it difficult to ignore

[Despite what he told Anathema, Isaac hadn’t been to see a doctor. Due to a combination of stubbornness, wariness of the city’s medical standards, and just residual fear from all his bad experiences on the medical deck, he just couldn’t bring himself to get it checked out. Besides, it was just a cold, well, except for the fact that it seemed to be sticking around and getting worse.
Originally he wanted Nicole to take a look at it, but he was still having trouble finding anyone who looked like her. Out of options, and starting to worry a little, Isaac headed towards the clinic hoping they could help.]
[Outside is a woman, waiting it seems in a line. It appears that some citizens have decided to leave their homes at the idea of a cure. She is at the end of the group and looks over shoulders to the door, makes a glance behind her just in time to see Isaac approaching.]
[Trying to stifle his cough, Isaac takes his place in line. With nothing else to do besides wait, he figured trying to talk to the woman in front of him might kill some time.]
…hey uh, sorry to bother you, but how long have you been in line for?
[Looking over her shoulder, she deals him a look as she fixes her scarf, brows furrowed. Its as if she's examining him herself before she finally decides to answer.]
An hour, at least. I'm not sure what they're doing in there, but no one's been willing to talk about it.

[ he'd heard the news, saw the figures skulking the district, and his natural curiosity had gotten the better of him. it's why he stood in front of the clinic of the upper court now, hand at the brim of his hat, adjusting it as he eyed the building run by the mysterious figures.
a potential for a cure, they'd said. at what price? rojo thought. to what ends? maybe they were just trying to sort out the city's mess. maybe they were that selfless. or maybe they had their own reasons for working out a cure. they could disappear as fast as they'd come with all the data they got and not share a thing.
so for the moment, he was content to stand outside and watch, keep a keen eye on the proceedings before he decided if he wanted to proceed himself. he liked risks, but with something like this, you didn't go in without one hell of a hand on your side. ]
[ so he'd gotten used to not being tracked everywhere. hell,it'd been a nice change of pace, not having a legion lackey tracking his ever step - even if it made him wonder, a bit, what vulpes was up to when he wasn't keeping a close eye on him. either way, having got comfortable with that only to suddenly be approached again, maybe he jumps a little when vulpes speaks. but could he be blamed.
he's quick to turn around, blinking at the disguised frumentarius before settling again, mouth quirked in something of an amused smirk. ]
Wasn't expecting to see you, Mr. Fox. [ hey, he remembers!] You flatter me. I'm sure there's no way I could've escaped your notice anytime soon.

[She smiles to him, picking up a clipboard.] If you'll follow me this way, the doctor will see you.
