My sister's fiance, Keith, is a pretty cool guy. She's been with him for a very long time now (I want to say six years). His mom isn't old, per se, but she's not healthy. She has chrone's disease, and doesn't always keep up with her bills and general well-being. That said, they foreclosed her house.  They did not give her 90 days like they legally

I feel that some suing is in order...

I'm sorry about your family's (if you consider him family) loss. That is horrible and should have never happen, especially to a woman that is not in peak condition.
