Gossip Girl. For real. I think I am going to institute my own Gossip Girl Power Hour to replace the dearly departed OCPH. I am already loving Dan more than I ever loved Seth Cohen. Maybe that's not true. But I certainly am already loving S more than I ever loved Marisa or Summer. The brother/sister relationship? Blake Lively's smoky voice?

I watched Kid Nation and Gossip Girl while tivoing America's Next Top Model.
Kid Nation was fantastic and I honestly feel bad for every one of those kids. All they did the whole time was cry. It was awful.
Gossip Girl really didn't get me until the last 10 minutes, when Dan went to save his little sister. But I loved that and I think I'm going to like the show.
Also, I want to go find the bar that the girl from walpole works at. When tyra asked her why she should be America's Next Top Model and she said, "because I'm not supposed to be a bartender for the rest of my life" I almost fell out of my seat laughing.
Oh and, the girl with Asperger's is hot.

I imagine Gossip Girl as some kind of tag-team Serena and Dan superhero show where they get together to right the wrongs that the wealthy have wrought upon Manhattan. With the sister as a tiny sidekick who is always getting into trouble.
And seriously, Tyra... some of your girls are HEINOUS. But I like the "plus-sized" girl and the girl from Yale.
