Raspberry Strong Ale
A full bodied ale with an amber/ruby hue. The ruby color is achieved from using a ½ lb of fresh raspberries per gallon of beer. This is a strong ale overflowing with flavor.

Ommegang Chocolate Indulgence Stout
The aroma immediately speaks of dark chocolate and dark malts. The gentle herbal nose of Perle hops compliments the darker notes, making the beer savory to the senses. The taste continues with the Belgian dark chocolate starting sweet up front but giving way to rich cocoa flavors at the back. Through it all, a subtle fruitiness from our special yeast gives the beer brightness otherwise foreign to a beer style normally associated with gray foggy skies. 7.7%

OM
Strong golden ale with Belgian yeast in primary, followed by six months' aging in French oak chardonnay barrels. Weekly meditations with this beer include a program of sound therapy whereby the beer in the barrels is vibrated at 136Hz according to Kepler's theories, in order to facilitate peace and tranquility in the consumer and the world. This is extreme on an entirely new level. 9.5%

Red & White
A big, belgian-style Wit brewed with coriander and orange peel and fermented with Pinot Noir juice. After fermentation a fraction of the batch is aged in Oregon Pinot Noir barrels, and another fraction is aged on oak staves. The beer is blended together before packaging. This has been one of our most popular Limited Edition beers at both our Rehoboth Beach, DE brewpub and at festivals. It successfully marries the refreshing citrusy qualities of a Belgian-style white beer with the robust complexity of a bold red wine. 10.0%
