On the subject of Arresting the Fall-esque do you include the long repetitive parts, or just like in that style minus the long reptetive parts?

i dont know. i happen to like the long repetitive parts to an extent.

Yeah I liked them for about 1 minute, but when they started to take 5 minutes, it tended to get old, and when they would play all the time and they'd play them over again.
