i did it last week got up at about 5, put on some shorts and a grabbed a cd player and ran about 3 or 4 miles (along with other leg excersises)... it started to hurt my legs and chest, but i just kept going... it eventually stopped hurting and i just kind of became numb
well. if you ever need someone to run with, just gimme a call. i do the track thing. so if your up for some mile repeats, or some real running, im down.
