Do I know him? It is unusual for you to hate anyone unless you have a reason. But usually you just say ERG I HATE THEM, not mouth off in your lj with big words to them. ;) LOL, well they aren't really big words, but too big for most ppl to think of when they are pissed.

If he has a car you can get Frank or someone to piss on the handle.

If you can get enough people to hate him, you could throw garbage at him. Or hang him by his toes and torture him a little.

Or you could just kick him in the balls. Most guys hate that. If he doesn't flinch, then you can tell everyone that he's a transvestite. And all will be well.
