ANNOUNCING THE TENTH ANNUAL thisengland HISTORIES FICATHON AND LOVEFEST

Because Livejournal may have slowed down, but we haven't.

A few clarifications and ground rules:

Thank you! And there is no need to apologize! I just wasn't sure my signup had gone through, so I was worrying--did I screw up? Did I just not see the email? Did it get wiped out due to a recent computer glitch? Anxiety things. (Honestly, I expected to be told that the assignments would go out around the 20th and not to worry.)
