Considering that you posted this after close of market, I'm assuming he was referring to today's 778-point loss on the Dow, the bailout plan rejection, ect... not a good day for business people. Eesh

But yes, she was probably referring to the that and the failure of WaMu (my bank! eek!) and Wachovia's recent troubles...but it's definitely not a good time for most people, not just business people.
Hey it's true... one advantage I have right now over all my friends who entered the career world after graduation: they're all panicking because they're still entry level workers (i.e. expendable) and while, as a grad student, I may be making dick compared to them at least I can count of making the same dick next year and the year after that and the year after that...
