NOOOOO! I HAVE NOW LEARNED THAT THIS BOOK? IT'S THE SECOND ONE.

From what I can tell from my page hopping, the author of the book stories was pulled into the book world after she wrote the 6th book in the series. the 7th was never written.

whatever was written actually happened in the book world, so the orig!author said no one could write about stuff that happened after that 6th book. one person did- the fic!author in this book.

the plot to this book is that an evil guy is trying to get the 7th book written so that the evil dude wins and so he goes after fic!author. who then meets hero!dude.

then there are "rods" and "women's portals" and.... it's epic.
