Yay! I'm glad you knew Dr. Horrible went nuts over someone using Penny's washer. I was worried it wasn't clear -.-'

This is amazing. It's great to see one of the minor characters being fleshed out.
I think it is clear enough that Horrible is trying to preserve the washing machine as part of his cherished memory of Penny - though whether grabbing the quarters was a cover-up in shame at showing emotion or he really does need quarters for some diabolical plan I'm not sure :D
